Understanding how disputes and refunds are handled
Gifts2Me does not issue refunds directly. All refund and dispute processes are governed by the payment provider used for your transaction.
Card Payments (Stripe)
Card payments are governed by Stripe's dispute and chargeback policies. To dispute a charge, contact your card issuer or initiate a dispute through Stripe directly.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. Gifts2Me cannot reverse or modify on-chain transactions.
Creators are responsible for fulfilling gifts where applicable.
